DIRECTIONS FROM 95 SOUTH
Take exit3b to Route 33.  Take left at the lights onto 33 West.  Take left at intersection ( McDonalds and truck stop) onto Ocean Road, follow to Route 1.  Take right at intersection onto Route 1 South.  Approximately1.5 miles on left is Rosewood at Rye, before the intersection of Breakfast Hill Road. 

DIRECTIONS FROM 95 NORTH 
Take exit 2, Hampton Toll booth (last exit before the toll).  Bear right after the toll booth to 101 West (Exeter).  Take first exit (North Hampton)(111E).  Take right at end of ramp onto 111E.  (Lindt Chocolate factory Industrial Park is on your left).  Follow this road (about 5 min), passing over  I-95 to stop sign (Post Road).  Go straight across up the hill (church on left.  Take left at end of 111E onto Route 1 North.  Follow for about 5 min. Pass through intersection at Breakfast Hill Common.  Rosewood at Rye on right.
